Our mission? Get 75% of innovation to succeed by supporting our clients in mapping their assumptions and asking the right questions at the right time in their innovation process, delivering a decision within 24 hours.

  • Focus on customer loyalty by creating engagement strategies
  • Develop strong relationships through the provision of product, training and excellent customer service.
  • Manage key stakeholders for our most strategic accounts.
  • Build BUFFL ambassadors within our customer organizations and activate the use of our platform.


  • A relationship builder: ​​you are the face of BUFFL and get energized by building healthy customer relationships. When your clients succeed, you succeed.
  • An opportunity spotter: you proactively identify and close incremental renewal opportunities. With a hands-on approach, you’ll drive the evolution of BUFFL’s largest accounts.
  • A communicator: you are able to sense the room and manage your stakeholders with clear communication. You’re an active observer and listener, and intrigued by how people go through change. You’re able to communicate fluently in Dutch, French and/or English.
  • A trusted advisor: you love to create trust and transparency with clients. You define outcomes to improve health, performance and business outcomes for your clients.


  • You have great communication, time management & people skills.
  • You lead the change towards data-driven decisions in large companies. You have a proven track record of building relationships and managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/engagements.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management. Affinity with innovation is a plus.
