YOUR CHALLENGE
You are crucial on our journey to challenge the status quo & disrupt decision making in innovation processes. You will advise various high priority clients on conducting validation experiments and guide them in their transition from POC to long term collaboration with BUFFL. As part of the commercial organization, your final goal is to demonstrate the value of instant decisions & showcase how to scale this data-driven process in corporates (up to C-level).
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- A sales: the first deal (POC) was successfully sold, now it’s your time to use your innovation knowledge and transform this one-off POC into a long-term collaboration. You find a way to seal the deal.
- A challenger: you have a holistic view and start from the overall objectives. You are not afraid to challenge your stakeholders by reminding them of the bigger picture.
- An opportunity spotter: based on your innovation knowledge, you are able to identify gaps in our clients’ current validation & decision making process & transform these problems into opportunities. You can get creative and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- A communicator: you are an active observer and listener, and intrigued by how people go through change. You’re able to communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
- An owner: you can lead the way, work independently (and in team) and are accountable for your work.
- You are an expert in innovation (3+ years of experience) and know your way around corporate environments.

As a member of Team Research Design, you help clients in validating their innovation tracks. You do this by working with our sales team to set up well-framed research projects based on a step-by-step innovation methodology.
Delivering clear, data-based next steps for the innovation projects of your clients is your main focus.
YOU ARE…
- An owner: with a keen eye for detail, you like practical project work (set project milestones, create and launch surveys, analyze results, deliver report, …). You can work independently and are accountable for your project from A-Z.
- A cruncher: you get your energy from analyzing data and discovering insights to create a clear recommendation.
- A problem solver: when running into an issue, take action to resolve it independently or activate other stakeholders to find a solution. You continuously look to make your work more efficient. You know your tools in-and-out and help define new ways to tackle project challenges.
- A communicator: structure and timely communication are your go-to tools to update your team members. You’re able to communicate fluently in Dutch. French and/or English are a plus.

- Manage the programming of surveys in the BUFFL platform and train our clients on how to use the dashboard.
