YOUR CHALLENGE
As a Decision Expert, you fulfill a crucial role in challenging the status quo of decision-making in innovation, marketing, internal, product, … processes by integrating the ‘voice of the end-user’ in the process. As a strategic consultant, you are able to consult our high-priority customers by familiarizing yourself with the strategic direction of their initiatives and help them by identifying knowledge gaps & formulating assumptions. Like no other, you have the tenacity to dig behind superficial answers and formulate metrics that will help your clients make data-driven decisions based on data that you and your research counterpart collect leveraging the BUFFL-platform, community (panel) and methodology.

YOUR CHALLENGE
The BUFFL Delivery Team consists of Strategic Decision Experts and Research Designers who leverage a step-by-step innovation methodology and an intuitive research platform to deliver short, iterative research projects (1-3 weeks) to help our key customers make data-driven business decisions.
As a Senior Research Designer, you are able to scope both simple and complex initiatives and to select the right validation experiments. Working autonomously or in tandem with our Strategic Decision Experts to ensure the client’s ambitions fit with the BUFFL methodology, your job is to translate the client’s ambition into well-scoped research by asking the right (unbiased) questions to our consumer (or B2B) panel.
To that end, your first objective is always to clarify the project context and scope, decide on fail and success criteria and guide your client towards the relevant research approach; after which you translate it into one or more short (<15 question) surveys. The data you collect is accessible in real-time and collected in a matter of days. The BUFFL research platform was custom built to allow intuitive analysis based on proven methodology and allows for research specialists and DIY customers to easily assess and compare the consumer/B2B insights collected via the BUFFL platform. Where your analytical expertise is required, you focus on providing easily comprehensible conclusions that go beyond mere learnings – you focus on actionable insights that enable your client to make decisions in their innovation projects.
